The team was asked to find growth opportunities apart from Google or Meta, while adhering to a strict ROAS target. Through a focus on Pinterest and Microsoft advertising, the team was able to triple ad spend and generate an additional $100M in revenue for the company in less than 12 months.

Digital Marketing Beyond Google

By spending time to thoroughly understand the customer journey, we discovered that one of the primary places home shopping began was on Pinterest. Wayfair had historically neglected this channel as it was hard to measure and viewed as "too small".

Through a revamp of account structure, overhaul of the imagery that was used, and improved measurement capabilities we were able to grow Pinterest revenue by over 10X in one year.

Additionally, we were able to increase Microsoft Search 3X year over year, by selecting specific SKUs best-suited to Microsoft Search users, leveraging advanced targeting strategies, and curating Microsoft's extended ad network.
