10 Stupid Questions: Marcie
Marcie

Marcie is an Internationally Renowned Singer/Songwriter for various Major Electronic labels. She writes and performs multiple genres, and has charted in the Top 10 worldwide.

Well, the prolific performer is in the house and ready to get "stupid" - Hit it Marcie...!

MS: How much is "Never Enough"?

Marcie: When it comes to temptations, "one more time, you'll find, is never enough".

MS: How does Anthony Webster feel about this?

Marcie: We tempt each other constantly.

MS: If you were a B note, would you B sharp or B flat?

Marcie: I'd B fabulous.

MS: Is "Behind the Lyric" like "Let's Make a Deal" and what's behind door number 3?

Marcie: Artists reveal the stories behind their dance lyrics. There are secrets revealed, but there is no studio audience, doors, or deals. If I could turn it into a game show, I think I'd design it like a combination of Supermarket Sweep and Jeopardy. All the featured guests would question answers while racing shopping carts through a supermarket lit by black lights and disco balls.

MS: If there were a prize behind your lyrics, what would it be?

Marcie: Knowing me better. There's actually much of my life story in my songs, though the lyrics are not all straight forward.

MS: A bottle of wine or a bottle of water?

Marcie: A bottle of (white) wine, but it's best if I remember to drink the bottle of water before calling it a night. It doesn't take much wine to give me a regrettable hangover. I suppose water is always best if I want to feel on top of my game.

MS: Do you ever think, what would Lindsay Lohan do?

Marcie: I try to channel her, but I don't seem to have good reception.

MS: What about Charlie Sheen?

Marcie: I've got his number blocked.

MS: What’s an Oakenfold?

Marcie: It's a very tricky origami fold. In just 48 moves, it turns a piece of paper into a full fledge pool party.

MS: Is he all purpose or used only on certain occasions?

Marcie: He's best used at the upcoming 5th Annual Future Classics Pool Party in Miami. Oakenfold is headlining, alongside performances by Nadia Ali, Ultra Naté, and myself. ;) I can't wait!!!
